You will have to make your device "discoverable" to others so that they can connect to u..do look in the bluetooth settings for this..usually there will be an option like:hide my phone from others""make my phone visible to others" etc
hope it helps!after u connect it may ask u for a pairing password..usually its for zeroes 0000

Cant pair my bluetooth

To identify where the problem is, try connecting another bluetooth device (like another phone, or a bluetooth headset). The other device will most likely connect. If it does, try contacting the manufacturer of the dongle, they will probably have a simple solution to fix it.

If it does not connect to another device, try deleting the bluetooth devices stored in phone (especially ones you dont use, but you may need to delete more/all depending on the situation) and add then. This fixes connection issues the majority of the time with very little trouble since rebonding what you need later is a simple task.

Connecting to the internet

For connecting the internet you have to some some settings I have found some informations how to do! 1. Obtain the following information from your ISP: ISP server phone number, user name, and password. 2. Tap Start > Settings > Connections tab > Connections. 3. In My ISP, tap Add a new modem connection. 4. Create a modem connection. I found this info at http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/help/pocketpc/ossupport.aspx
