Question about Lexmark X2500 All-In-One Printer
I was scanning a document a few days ago and was having trouble. i went out of the program and when i turned the printer on the next day, it began printing the document and it wouldn 't stop! how do i cancel/stop a printing job? thank you.
Open the Control Panel from either the Start menu or by opening 'My Computer.' Find your Printers and Faxes folder and open that. Double-click on the icon of the X2500; if more than one, choose the one with a check mark and double click on that icon. This will open a 'job list' showing those which were not completed for some reason, click on it (them) and delete it from the list.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
