Samsung Laptops have a feature to extend the battery life by stoping your battery charging after 80%. If you want a full charge, check the following two steps:-
1. Disable the Samsung Software "Battery Life Extender"
2. Enter the BIOS by keep pressing F2 button just after turning on your system. In BIOS, you will find an option Battery Life Extender(or something), disable it.
