Question about Intermec EasyCoder 3400 Thermal Label Printer
I am trying to connect an Intermec 3400 thermal label printer to a system using Win 2000. Connecting using serial port (COM1). All port settings match the DPI settings on the back of the printer. I am trying to install using Generic/Text-only driver. After installing, I try to print the test page. Green light flashes on the printer and printing queue is cleared, but no labels appear. No system printing errors appear.
Used the same printer on another PC which had HD failure. I used Generic driver on that CPU with no problems. Unfortunately I can't look at the settings on the previous PC.
I have tried using the PrintSet program, but it does not see the printer.
Any help apperciated.
