Hi.
The modern tuners are bad for this. It usually means you do not have enough signal. You need to improve the signal level.

My tv channels are not coming clear so what should

You may need to get an antenna. You know, if you don't have cable or the new machine that hooks up onto the tv, you surely won't get anyting. The machine is a converter box. Something with the satellites has changed in space. If you don't have cable or a converter box, it won't work. If you do, I would get an antenna. If THAT doesn't work, I would suggest contacting the place where you got the tv.

Pctv nano does not find any tv channel

Make sure it supports HD. Most channels are broadcast on HD or need a converter box to view them on a standard TV tuner. Try updating the software if it is just a program.

Cannot get 2 IDE devices to show in bios.

Does the computer have two IDE channels? If so set the Maxtor HDD as master on the primary channel and the DVD drive as master on the secondary channel. Also right click on My Computer, left click on Manage and left click on Disk Management and see if the drives show up there. Also check the boot order in BIOS.

Tv is fuzzy on my plasm tv... its only on some channels

if you are on cable this happens alot, because alot of the channels are not reencoded for for higher quality TVs, also there could be a problem with your cable lines. If its Satellite then you may want to check your cables and switch splitters.
