What to do is download itunes from the apple website this is what you use to transfer music, video and other stuff onto it. You can download itunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes/ once you have installed it plug in the ipod to your usb port and it should come up as a device in your itunes. Then you will be able to either download music from the itunes store or put cds onto itunes and then you can transfer it to the ipod. Hope this helps.

No disk. how to get one. not get in i-pod

There is absolutely no need for a disk with your ipod. Head over to apple's website and download a copy of itunes.

http://www.apple.com/itunes/

It's a free download, free software. Itunes will instantly recognize your ipod and take you through the steps of setting it up and putting music on it.

Cannot put movie from i-tunes on 3rd geneation i-pod nano

I just had this issue- I bought a movie off iTunes, and could view it on the computer, but it wouldn't go on to my iPod. I looked around and found instructions to open iTunes and on the home page of your iTunes where it shows you how much space you have, you can restore original settings, etc., if you click on "manage iTunes manually" or "manage music and videos manually" and then click apply you will be able to move your movie on to your iPod. In your iTunes library you just have to drag and drop the movie onto the iPod icon that appears in the left menu when your iPod connects to iTunes. It took about 10 minutes for mine to fully upload onto my iPod- so make sure you wait to disconnect until it tells you to. I hope this helps! What I read is that when managing the music and videos manually instead of it doing it automatically, you can move the videos and music as you'd like.

I pod touch

ipods are only designed for itunes so windows shouldn't recognise media player, any way, the new software for ipod touches is greater, meaning your computer/windows media player wont recognise it, only itunes will.

Uploading Movies

did you convert them to a appropriate file type .mp4. if not you can by uploading it into the media library in itunes then right click on it then click convert to ipod/iphone if this does not work try downloading a FREE media converter (well if you buy a converter it could cost allot of money for noting if it does not work) ohh and i like the add it is cool.

How do i sync video's to my I-pod

enable an option called "Include Music Videos" in my iPod settings. Apparently, this feature is disabled by default when you update to iTunes v7.
