Water is collects in drum after a few hours after cycle is complete

Kenmore Washer Model #110-44832-201
Water is collecting inside the drum after sitting overnight. The washer drains completely after the end of wash cycle, but after a few hours, about 3/4" of water will be standing toward the back of the drum. Is there some type of check valve on the water inlet that may be leaking?

Water collecting in wash drum when not operating

You are correct. One of the solenoids on the water valve is not shutting completely and will need to be replaced before it sticks wide open and cause a flood. Here is the part to order. To replace the valve, remove the screws on the top panel, slide it back and lift it off. There you will have access to the valve replacement.

Bosch Dishwasher drain mechanism starts itself a few hours after a completed cycle and won't stop. I reset the dishwasher, but it remains unusable for a few days. If I turn on the dishwasher, th

this could mean there is water leak and it collects at the base of the dishwasher leading to moisture detection circuit tripping. when you leave it for a few days the water dries up and trip is removed. check door seals for leak most likely at the base of the door. turn power off when working on dishwasher.

On the kenmore 363.59522996 side by side the freezer is working good but the fridge will not cool and looking for the cause??

This problem is related to defrost. The defrost cycle is not running as it should be. The other possibility can be ice blockage in the ventilations.

The defrost is not working,.The evaporator coil in the inner section of freezer is got blocked by ice .

Try manual defrost reset procedure: ----

First unplug the unit from main power outlet. Then empty whole unit completely. Then keep both the doors open. Wait for 24 hours. All the ice collected on the coils and in the freezer section will get melted. Clean the water from the sections. Then Connect the power cord of the unit to main power outlet after 24 hours/.Then set the temperature to normal in both fridge and freezer section. It will take near to 4 hours to get run in its proper cooling cycle. Then check, if the problem returns again. If the same problem occurs then it's defrost problem. The defrost board and the defrost thermostat/heater is not functioning properly and it has to be checked and replaced.

-------------------------------------------------

Check the damper if there is too much water collected in the damper then press the damper and remove the water collected in it. The procedure of this unit is as follows: --- The compressor starts then it cools the freezer section. When the freezer reaches its cooling level the defrost cycle starts functioning. In this cycle the fan in the freezer section starts running and the cool air in the freezer section is passed to the refrigerator section and the refrigerator section gets cold. The air from freezer to refrigerator passes from the section, in that section the damper is located. Now this problem which you mentioned. In this problem the freezer works but no cooling in fridge, this happens if the thermostat is not functioning or the heater is not heating. Then the ice starts getting collected on the evaporator coil. The evaporator coil is at the internal section of freezer. If too much ice gets

collected then this ice blocks the fan in the freezer section from functioning and this blocks the damper section with ice getting collected there. This all procedure is controlled by the main defrost board of the unit. Now if the damper is not got blocked with too much water or if the ice is not got collected on the damper area then check the evaporator coils. If there is too much ice got collected on the coils, then takes a hair dryer and melt the collected ice. Then see if the problem returns again. But if there is little bit ice collected on the coils and fan is running properly then it's not a problem. In that case main defrost board is faulty and it has to be replaced. The main defrost board is working but its not controlling the functions as required so the freezer works but fridge section not getting cold..

Washer not cleaning clothes

The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off. Drain off the excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a good plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully.
On some models the filter is located ‘inside’ the big hose from the bottom of the tub. This takes more time to clean.

Next run your washer with 2 cups of bleach, hot water. After it starts agitating stop the washer & let it remain for 2 hours. Then continue the wash.
Try using powders for 'front loaders'

Kenmore 110 Top Load Washer-cold water fills extremely slowly

No it is probably the screen that is either in the end of the hose that attaches to the machine, and/or the screen is placed so that the cone is toward the machine instead of pointing away from the machine.
If the cone is pointing towards the machine any debris in the lines would collect and eventually fill the screen cone and slow or shut off water flow.

Ty for being here. I have a kenmore stack washer

Inside the machine you have a valve called inlet.

The inlet water valve will collect the cold and hot water lines, and open alternatively one or the other during cycle.

To access the inlet valve you need to take apart the machine, and that is not an easy task.
If you DIY remember to unplug power, there is high voltage running inside your appliance.

Below the inlet valve for your model:

Water stays in drum after cycle is complete and odor

I think from what you have said, that you have a pump problem. The water pump on most washers collect all sorts of bits and pieces including small coins. You may be able to clean out the pump if it is not a sealed unit.
