Try to restart the system and then keep tapping F8 key before windows logo appears. You will see a list of boot option, in that highlight the "start windows normally or normal mode" and press ENTER. Your system will boot in the normal mode.
When the machine first starts again it will generally list some equipment
that is installed in your machine, amount of memory, hard drives installed
etc. At this point you should gently tap the F8 key repeatedly
until you are presented with a Windows XP Advanced Options menu.
Select the option for Safe Mode using the arrow keys.
Then press enter on your keyboard to boot into Safe Mode.
Do whatever tasks you require and when you are done reboot to boot back
into normal mode.
It is not a big deal. You can try the safe boot option
restart the Laptop in safe mode by pressing the F8 key while rebooting Select safe mode on Advance boot option Log in as administrator Go to control panel and Delete the previous User and create another user with same name Restart the computer in normal mode
If this Works please say thanks and If this does not work let me know, I'll give you other options
first try turning off using the power button to stop the restart if not already, if you have done that keep press F8 while it's booting and you will get into safe mode, choose, either start windows in safe mode or better vga mode if the option is there and when in windows uninstall the last two programmes you installed.
If the system does not allow that, turn back off and then pressing F8 again on boot up choose when in the menu Last known good configuration and the pc should then restart with the last good settings.
