Question about Dishwashers
The main controller appears to be very confused or failed.
To test, fully remove power from the diswasher for at least 90 seconds. Power back on and test. If the same behaviour is seen, the controller card has almost certainly failed. A service call is the next step to repair.

Most of the time when this happens you have a bad NTC (Feeler) device. It is the thing that looks like a finger sticking up near the sump. (it is a twist fit from underneath)

I too have the problem and would like to highlight the solution I almost missed in this post.

In the end I called the assistance and they changed the electonic device of the machine for about 180€. It was very expensive but now it works again.
