1) With the power on, disconnect the USB cable 2) Follow the recommended procedure in your manual to remove the ink cartridges 3) Wait for the "Insert cartridges" message 4) Unplug the machine for 1 minute 5) Reconnect the power cord (press power button if necessary) to power on the unit 6) Reinstall the cartridges, close any access doors 7) Allow the machine to print a calibration page (if necessary) 8) Reconnect the USB cable Try printing again.

First, check the wall outlet to see that power is running to the jack. Use a digital multimeter to check. Next, check the power cord plugged in with a meter. Check the hot to ground, hot to neutral, and neutral to ground when you are doing both of these things. Set the digital multimeter to 500 V alternating current (AC).
If this is fine, check the connection on the back of the unit and make sure that it is not loose. If it isn't, then there is a problem with the unit.
This is memory overflow problem. Lookup for the Reset button at the front panel and press it once. Switch it off and leave for about 10 minutes before powering. Good luck.
Please try reseting your printer by unplugging all the cords of it and even from the back of the PC.Also remove the power cord.Allow it to reset for 1 hr.After 1 hr connect all the cords back and press and hold the power button for 1min.This should fix the issue.let me know the result.
