Question about Motherboards
If your PC is still in warranty, call the manufacturer for a possible warranty repair.
Otherwise, no offense, but if you are asking this question, you should probably take it back to the shop and let them fix it. You could always get a second opinion from another shop if you suspect foul play. Make sure they back up your personal files from your hard drive, if they decide they must reinstall the operating system.
