I am in need of printing some odd shaped labels. So I attempted to load them through the manual feed drawer. For some reason the printer will not raise the trey that feeds from this drawer. I can see the input drum turning but the drawer will not raise to the point that it will accept the paper. Has anyone dealt with this in the past?
Thanks

I haven't checked in a while. Xante told me when I called them that they were not planning to make updates past the current version of the 4G OS X drivers, as the machine was no longer in production. They said the driver should perform adequately on current versions of OS X even though it was not initially designed for them (as they did not exist when the driver was created).
I found this to be untrue in my case. The drivers did not allow me to print consistently from 10.5.8 on an Intel Mac Pro.
My solution was to activate the print server on an Xserve running the Tiger server version of OS X, install the Xante driver there (since it was designed to run on that version of the OS), and now my newer macs can use the printer without issue.
