Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Printer says it cannot print because colors are low. Now even when i order it to print in grayscale(B&W) it says it cannot because color cartridges are low...I just want a black and white print job done but none of the settings will co-operate.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: computer doesn't print color
Hi, the problem seems with the logic board inside the printer, are you in a position to open the printer and try some stunts, that is only if you have done it earlier.. let me know??

Yes. Any printer's default options can be set as desired. Open the printer's properties (Start/Control Panel/Printers/right click the printer and left click Properties), and change the setting as you wish, then click OK. Those settings should be used each time you use the print command, unless you change the settings for that particular print job.
Hope this helps, and please rate my advice, good OR bad.
