Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My Toshiba qosmioF25AV205 is displaying a blue screen fatal system error and then rebooting. Please how do I fix it

That is a Windows Registry error. You need to do a repair install of the Windows Operating system. It reloads Windows over the top of your installation so you won't lease your data. If you have the Restore Disks, install disk 1. Sometimes the OS is on a hidden partition on the laptop itself.

Toshiba has Support. See the link.

Is the operating system Microsoft? When does the fatal error occur, when the laptop starts up? Are there any other letters at the end of the error code, please reply with the full code.

Blue screen fatal system error c000026c

this is indicative of a driver problem, start tapping the f8 key @ boot and then boot the pc into safe mode with networking. once there, either try and do a system restore to before it failed, or simply go to device manager and uninstall any drivers you recently updated. if none of that helps after a reboot, you could always go nuts and uninstall all your device drivers, and then reboot and reinstall them one at a time until you find the culprit.

Call up Dell or go to the web site and talk or chat with technical support. They can look up the error code and pin point the problem. Your laptop might still be under warranty so don't wait until it runs out you better act now.
