it says 'memory card cannot be used' or something along the lines of that. I guess i have to get a new camera , Which sucks cause i loved that one. It was cheap and it worked sooo well at first. But then it started falling apart. some of the buttons wouldn't work and now this , ugh. I don't trust nikon anymore.

Is this your camera?

If so, this particular camera only works with an xD-Picture Card or microSD card. I'm guessing you are trying to use an SD memory card which is a very common memory card for cameras, but is not supported by your camera. You need to buy an xD-Picture Card or microSD card.

I'd suggest getting a memory card recovery program to get the images off of the card and then formatting it for the camera since unfortunately it needs to be formatted but at least that way you still have your photos. Hope that helps =)

Why My kodak dc280 can not read the memory card?

Try formatting your camera memory card If you own camera memory cards that have been used in other digital cameras, the card may not be properly formatted for use in your camera, or that data on the card may become corrupted. When these issues arise, your camera indicates that the camera memory card needs to be formatted.
When you format a camera memory card, all of the information on the card is erased. This includes any borders supplied on the card.

Internal memory full appears when turning on the camera. But, yet, it only shows the 5 pictures I took today.

The better quality you have your pictures at the more memory it will use. Check the settings on the camera and lower the quality to normal, before you take a picture it will tell you how many pictures you can take on the top right hand side of the screen, keep adjusting the quality until you are satisfied with the amount of pictures that you can take. In general the internal memories on cameras are not that great, I would suggest you buy a memory card.

Photos stuck on integral memory?

When viewing pictures, select the 'Menu' option. Scroll down and on the second page there's a 'copy' function that can either transfer photos from internal memory to a memory card or vice versa.

I didn't know this was possible until today, either. Handy!
