Question about HP LaserJet CM1015 All-In-One Printer
My printer has a hazy looking gray to purple background on all prints, copies, and reports. Even test engine button shows the same. Swapped with new toner carts, no change. Is there a adjustment of some sort?
Have you tried the cleaning Mode, accessible from the control panel? Press 'Menu', then cycle through the options using the arrow keys until you reach 'Main Menu Service'. Press 'OK' This will show 'Cleaning Mode' . Press 'OK' and the printer should start cleaning. Ensure there is a sheet of clean paper in the input tray before you begin.
