From Wikepedia:
Bicycle suspension can be implemented in a variety of ways:
            * Suspension front fork             * Suspension stem (although these have fallen out of favor)             * Suspension seatpost             * Rear suspension

I have a Mongoose Dual Suspension Mountain Bicycle 26 inch that I purchased approx. 2007 and I need the rear wheel axel and bearing assembly. Where would I be able to purchase these parts?

It's prabably easier to buy a whole new hub. And for ablout another $20 you get a whole new tire. You should do that. Have a bike shop do it because it can be tricky.

Where can i buy a rear wheel for this bicycle

Bike shop, eBay, Performance Bicycle catalog? Look for a 26-inch MTB wheel with a Shimano 7-speed cassette body on it. If that makes no sense, take it to a bike shop and get it right the first time. They'll also have the special tools to transfer your gears to the new wheel.

My bicycle has a suspension problem......... my front suspension fork is so hard...... it works very often............ please help

I hate to tell you this, but the forks on the bike you have do not have any adjustment available. Forks with Adjustments and the ability to disassemble to be able to "tune" the ride start in around $250- for the fork. As you ride, the mechanism inside your fork should break-in and give you more shock absorbtion and become easier to engage.

Other than replacement, there is no direct solution for your fork.

Can i stiffen up the tension in my front forks on my mgx dxr?

Sorry to inform you, but there is no adjustments available for the forks that come with your bike. Adjustable forks (just the fork) start in around $250-.

On the positive side since there is not adjustment capability the fork does not need regular servicing like the adjustable forks.

How do i ajust the front **** break

Your brake lever is located a adjusting bolt. Located as the cable runs out. Turning this bolt will tighten or loosen the brake pads. All bicycle are very similar. Don't worry about the manual, pick up a bicycle maintenance book. This will teach your all you need to know. http://www.parktool.com/
