Furnace will light, blower working as expected, heat is coming out of exhaust port but will cycle off and back on in a couple of minutes. After 3 attempt the furnace will shut down with AGS error.
Here is what I have done.
checked all wiring for breakages and fuses. All looks good.
Had has gas company come out and replace meter and checked pressure at heater and we are good go go.
Took out gas ports to check for spider webs and found one port with webs which I cleaned out.
    Cleaned filters (new last year)
Checked pump pressure and looks good.

Furnace is 5 years old with very little use.

All I do doesn't fix this furnace. Any clues on how to fix

Pool repair guy found the issue. Was a problem with the igniter controller. Their is no test for his issue. He found an old controller in an old unit installed and all work ed. Runs great now.. the ignite cost abount 200 on ebay but his used one was 30 bicks.

I have a Jandy Laars LX Pool/Spa Heater...when I try to heat it cycles three times then tells me to call for service...I feel heat coming out of the vent. The pool/spa is connected to a AquaLinks system...

If the unit is lighting then shutting off then repeating it isn't rectifying, means not sensing the flame. May have a bad flame sensor or ignition control. I'm guessing your AGS is indicated on the GUI also.

The AGS "call service" light is on. Why?

AGS is automatic gas shutdown,
can be caused by problems with pump pressure, or low gas supply pressure .
