My cell model is motorola W220, i wrote *#0000# and then pressed the dail button and all the writings of the screen are gone i.As you can see in the picture bottom of screen there is no writing and inside there are also nothing,such as in the massege option there was written 'Inbox' now i can not see anything.Please someone help me.

Here are the steps to reset the phone lock code in your Motorola.
But be warned that you will LOSE ALL DATA in your mobile. So have a
backup!
1> Type *#778337# and press the SEND (Green color button).
2> The phone restarts by itself.
3>Done!! Your phone lock has been reset to the default code and all restrictions are removed. .
1. power off phone
2. connect phone to cable (for w220 you can use Cable with "X60" mark (Hands-Free cable with 3 metal pins) or ordinary Moto T191 cable).
3. press "Prepare" button and power on phone
4. wait several seconds
5. remove/install battery
6. power on phone
7. press "unlock" button
8. you see unlock codes
The internal screen settings only adjust volume of ringer, the external button on side adjusts ear piece/hand set volume. If the volume buttons do not turn up the volume of the hand set then the handset is defective
