System can't find any device
Try replacing the Wireless drivers (from support.dell.com). If this doesn't work, you may have a bad internal wireless card. There will probably be more than one wireless driver available, so take a look in the Device Manager to see which you have installed.
Also, make sure the wireless switch on the left-hand side of the laptop is in the ON position.
