Type in o2 /orange/talktalk/whatever network you are PUK Codes and then it will come up a thing where it asks you your number and stuff and then your puk code will be displayed x had this problem myself when i was 7 or 8 xx ;D

if you have forgotten the security code then the only way is to get the firmware reinstalled. That is the problem with these codes. You end up deleting all the dat that you were wanting to protect.
While, if you want to remove the code then go to Tools->Phone->Security. And then select the option on phone lock. And remove the code from there.

HI If you are asking for pin contact your service provider , he will give you a default pin . If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Donot try PUK code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim.
Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no.
Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you.
There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider can give it nobody else in this world nor any software.
