Vampey666 hello,

Check that the format is WAV or MP3 like it's supposed to.
Also, check that the files are loaded to the correct library on the card - Music or MP3.

I have galaxy s5 lollipop android. i bought sd card to save files on it. but my problem is that it plays some music or video after save. i change another card, same problem. can someone help me?

Do you mean it plays some music or video but can't play other music or videos? If my understanding is right, you'd better check whether the card works on another phone. If it works, you can try installing a third-party player to your S5.
Good luck.

How can i use microsd card to play music

Might need to be formatted as Fat32 and not NTFS or other filesystems. Use a computer first to format the SDcard and then transfer your Mp3's to it. Then use your phone's media player to play the files.

How do i open my music files from my sd card?

Try using a file manager app like Astro, its free from the play store. Very much like using My Computer on a PC. Navigate to the SD card, select file, and it should open in the native media player.

Check whether you have the required music player to run the song you have downloaded . If not get a player which can run it.
