SOURCE: where is the body control module located on a 1997 town & country

It is located on the back side of the underdash fuse box (junction block). You remove the lower steering column cover and knee blocker reinforcement. Then remove two plugs from the bottom of the BCM.
Remove the bolts holding the junction block to dash panel mounting bracket. Remove the junction block from the bracket. Remove screws holding the BCM to the junction block. Slide the BCM downward to disengage guide studs on jb from channels on BCM mounting bracket

SOURCE: Body Control Module - 2000 Chevy Blazer

Not sure about a body control module, there is a pcm under the hood on the pass. side that controls most everything on these, however i would check your fuses for the seat, on the 00 models the headlights do stay on all the time while driving due to daytime running lights but if they stay on after you take the key out then id check the headlight switch or sensor on the pass side dash.

Removed body control 50 amp fuse from 2007 nissan quest and front doors driver side door is locked

The body control module is responsible for controlling various electrical functions in a vehicle, including door locks. Removing the 50-amp fuse could have caused the module to reset, which may have resulted in the driver side door becoming locked.
To resolve the issue, try the following steps:
  1. Turn the vehicle off and remove the key from the ignition.
  2. Close all doors, including the driver side door.
  3. Lock the vehicle using the key or remote.
  4. Wait for a few seconds, then unlock the vehicle using the key or remote.
  5. Check if the driver side door is unlocked. If not, try using the key or remote to lock and unlock the door again.
If the above steps do not work, there may be a problem with the body control module or the door lock actuator. In this case, it is recommended to consult a certified mechanic for further assistance.

Fuse panel

there is a subharness which was installed afterwards at dealers. that harness has 2 10amp fuses. the harness is located above your right knee, but its tucked into the dash, so you cant see it. its a fairly good size subharness about 12"long. it plugs into the BCM /body control module/black box above radio. it has white and black connector going to it and that is the subharness. like I said it has 2 fuses. check those.
