Sounds like problems with the site itself. next time you can get on, see if there's an email address to report problems. You're probably not the only one experiencing these issues. Most likely it has something to do with their user permission settings. They need to get on their server and fix that, not to mention the fact that you can't get back on after you try to do something, that's probably a fault in their security policy, locking you out.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

102 error facebook

Error 102 occurs when your browser could not find and open the webpage you are trying to access. Or the reasons why it appears may be there is an issue on expand.exe or the webpage is not available. To fix this, try to check on your internet connection if there is a firm connection or check if you have typed the address correctly. For more information, click on this link:

Facebook error page

Hi.. I just checked out the webpage.. As you said it only works on some phones.. I have tried it out on 4 phones and only 2 worked.. It might be better if you design a webpage that specifically meant to be run on phones.. This is easy to do and the webpage can be seen in all phones.

Alot of times when i open some sites like "youtube

The internet uses something called DNS. It is similar to a phonebook for the internet, except instead of referencing people to phone numbers, it references IP addresses to webpages.
This error means that someone has purposely removed Facebook and Youtube from the listings in that "book" If you are at a school or workplace, you probably won't be able to fix this without help from a system administrator.
If at home, my suggestion would be to try another DNS Server, or "book".
This webpage explains how to set up an alternative DNS Server
