Does the wire feed? If not, does it continue clicking when pulling the trigger, or does it only click once for each pull of the trigger?

I have changed the fuse but it blew again. The wire feed has to be turned all of the way up before the wheel will turn.

1] Remove the power cable from the power. (socket on the wall) remove the top cover there should be a fuse located on the wiring panel.
2] perform all your house keping- like, all plugs and socket are tight, the correct contact tip with the the right wire size, roller/s are also the correct ones for the wire size and are turning if they are turning but not feeding the wire, then, the rollers need to be tightend , get back to us.

THE WIRE CONTINUOUSLY FEEDS THROUGH THE GUN EVEN WHEN IM NOT PRESSING THE TRIGGER. IT JUST KEEPS COMING OUT

The trigger engages a relay that starts the feeder motor. Make sure your trigger is not stuck. Listen for a "click" when you squeeze it. Next, take the side cover off and look at the motor relay. If needed, remove the motor wire from the relay and try it again. My guess is the relay has arched shut. Please let me know how this works out.

yes but it is going to take time and patience,if possible you need to grind a v groove in the two pieces your going to weld ,it is going to take several passes to fill in groove for the penatration of the weld.

Welder hums when you turn it on but it still welds. Sounds like a 3-phase motor with a dead leg. Ever setting is the same.

ive got a crapsman mig welder that does the same thing, i took it apart and the transformer looks to be fine, probably bad news in the long run
