Question about Coby MP-C7085 MP3 Player
I have a coby mp3 and it was charging fine a couple of days ago, I though it was the usb but it wasn't because the usb works fine with other things. It doesn't even show that the mp3 is charging on the screen.Need help!
The problem lies with the battery. If you are within the 90-day warranty, the unit can be replaced. If you are out of the 90-day warranty, contact the manufacturer for a replacement battery. Keep in mind, to replace the battery, if you are handy you can do it yourself with a soldering gun. If not, take it to your local repair facility. It should not take more then 5 minutes to replace the battery. The cost for a battery is a $6.00 Money Order. Contact Coby Consumer Care / Technical Support
