I have this model and would like to know how old it is and if I were to sell it, what amount should I expect to sell it for?

I would say that here in the US you could sell it for about $600- $800.00 used in working condition.

this is hard to tell with the information you have given us
it could be that the power supply is not sending the right amount of voltage to turn your tv set on
2: it could the ballast board that it is not sending the right or enough amount of voltage to the lamp to turn it on
3: It could be the lamp it most likely burned depending on how old your lamp is this lamps are good for 6000 life hours

Tv turns on and off need motherboard


why not buy the circuit and solder it back in? a tv shop would have them and may carry them as part of their stock.all you need to do it unsolder the old part take it to thema dn show it to them they will know what you need then

try unplugging the circuit board thats connected to the green picture tube thats the board in the middle then while the boards unplugged try to power up the tv if it works it means your green picture tube is shorted
