Try resetting it? Just a wild guess because this hasn't happened to me.

Try resetting your wireless modem/router, this usually fixes wireless problems. if it doesn't the access point may now be password protected.

My ipod 80gb is saying apple.com/support/ipod

Try resetting it. Sometimes that's all it needs.

To reset iPod, iPod (scroll wheel), iPod (touch wheel), and iPod (dock connector) ipodg1-2.gif ipodg3.gif
  1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
  2. Press and hold the Play/Pause and Menu buttons simultaneously until the Apple/iPod logo appears, about 6 to 8 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.
If the above steps did not work, try connecting iPod to a power adapter and plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet, or connect iPod to your computer. Make sure the computer is turned on and isn't set to go to sleep.
If you are still unable to reset your iPod, use only one finger from one hand to press the Center (Select) button, and one finger from the other hand to press the Menu button.
When you reset iPod all your music and files are saved, but some customized settings may be lost. Date and time are preserved (unless the iPod reset itself because it had no power and then was reconnected to power). Other customized settings, such as Bookmarks, On-The-Go Playlists, Shuffle, Backlight timer, and so forth are preserved from the last time the hard drive turned on.

Very low battery

It sounds perfectly fine. :P
The only problem is that the battery is very low! You have to wait for it to charge so that it can come up onto your computer, silly. Just let it charge for a few minutes and then I'm sure it will work fine. If there is still a huge problem with it, maybe you should call apple and see what they have to say about it.

Ipod won't turn on

it's a broken battery, your dock station probably charges through the firewire port and is strong enough to power up the ipod without a charged battery, the USB port alone isn't. if you're tech savy or have a tech savy friend you can use a ipod repair guide that will show you how to replace the battery step by step, or you can go to the ipod repair nyc.

Disply is not coming

I had the same problem. What happened scince the last time it worked? Did it get wet? for me mine got wet in mexico and it only turned on if i plugged it into my ps3 or truck. if this happens to you, its defanately your battery.go to a store like future shop or even HMV, theill let you order a new battery. if the ipod is worse or breaks in the process, send it in to apple if its in the span of your warranty. if it isnt, the repair is almost free its so cheap and shipping is around $20.
