Check the rear access door, as well as if the top cover is being securely closed, make sure there are no paper jams and that the carriage is not 'stuck'...Press the RESUME button and see that the paper feeds, the carriage should move.
As a Tech, I also open the top cover, unplug the power cord, wait a minute (YES, 60 seconds) and Plug it back in. If the PRINT CARTRIDGE LIGHT continues to blink, open the cover on top again, making the cradle move and then stop.. Locate the yellow arrow and do as it indicates (It will point to a drawing of a cartridge that represents a symptom-perform the task associated with the symptom) other than that, remove and replace it it, making sure it firmly seats. As a last resort, return the cartridge and see if a New one fixes the problem. If these steps are unsuccessful, HP servicing is probably needed.
take out the cartridges from the printer/ turn off the printer and then hold the power button on the printer for 1 min when the printer is turned off/ then turn on the printer and put the crt back properly.
that should resolve your issue.
remember not to use refilled crt on hp printer.
on the paper tray look for the cork like(square in shape) moist it with water and all other rubber rollers.
try placing an oil on the round bar wer inks moves to lubricate.
lastly check the ink bay section inside the printer if it work. How? just open the printer cover and you will hear rolling noise.you can view it
Either you have ran out of an ink, because some epsons wont run until you replace cartridge, you have a document pending a print, or you need to disconnect printer, uninstall drivers from Add/emove programmes.
Re-install driver then re connect printer when prompted
