Question about Uniden EXS 9910 Phone (EXS9910-R)
It sounds like the dial pad has built up carbon on the circuit board. If possible, disassemble the handset, and clean the circuit board below the dial pad with alcohol. Denatured alcohol works best.
also, clean the back of the dial pad itself.
