I have the same problem. I had to get my BlackBerry Curve 8310 replaced because of issues with the trackball. With the new one, only Enterprise is available, and there is no longer a Browser icon.

Same thing. In email set up I'm only given the option for BES, or to skip email set up.. Also missing the option to download themes. It's just not there when I press menu while "Theme" is open

No, your phone is just fine. The wiping of your phone only reset it back to factory defaults. If your phone was connected to a corporate network and a Blackberry Enterprise Server, it'll need to be reactivated to push your email, calendar, and contacts again. If you just had POP3/IMAP email accounts configured, they'll need to be reconfigured and any apps you had installed prior to the wipe.

How to configure email icon in blackberry

hi friend,
it would be just about the same as your Outlook setup. You should be able to setup your Blackberry for POP or IMAP:

From the BlackBerry handheld Home screen or Tools menu, select the Set Up Internet E-mail or E-mail Setup icon.

You will need the following from your email provider:

Incoming email server (POP or IMAP)
Outgoing email server (SMTP) and port #
Email address
Password
hope this solves ur problem

Need to know how to get the internet and email service working on an unlocked blackberry storm (formerly used on verizon) now with US Cellular. The phone works fine, just no extras :( I was told that this...

Internet: needs network/data access that bb browser can use, through cell provider.
email: needs bb enterprise server, if your workplace/company provides bb server. Else your cellular provider would need to provide bb email server.
My storm is thru Vodafone Australia, I have web and email. You would need to be with a cellular provider who has a deal with blackberry to provide internet and email - have you looked up US Cellular's bb support yet? http://www.uscc.com/uscellular/SilverStream/Pages/x_page.html?p=bb_cust_serv
Check if Internet/email are part of the phone service agreement you have, or you might need to pay extra to have them.

there are a couple of thing you will need to do.
one if your trying to use the Blackberry Browser to get the net you have to have an enterprise account.
if you have a regular account with internet you can use safari to surf or media net.

to configure your blackberry account, go to options and advanced options and enterprise activation
enter your account email and password and activate.
