Question about Internet & Communication Software
I posted a problem earlier and cannot resolve. I have had an account with Yahoo for years and 6 weeks ago I changed my password. I have been accessing my email several times a day with no problem. 4 days ago, when logging in, I received error 'incorrect ID or password'. Selecting the 'forgot password' option on the login screen allowed me to state my id. The screen said that my password could not be reset on line and to consult the customer care document. I have searched help for this and haven't found anything useful. My clients are receiving message that ID does not exist yet I can't set this id up again as a new user. I have set up another email id address caply9865.yahoo.com.au in the meantime but this hardly solves the problem of stored emails, address book and communication with everyone I know in the world.
Does any one know what happened or better still, how to get out of this mess?
