SIM Lock codes are all service provider (Your SIM / Your Connection) dependent, you can never get it from anywhere else, never get fooled and pay for it to anyone.
All you have to do is to call your service providers via some other phone or landline and talk to a CSR, ask him for the code. He will first authenticate your ownership and will give you your code in ruturn, for free, Its your right to know your PIN/PUK and all other SIM codes.

Hi, please open the Menu>Log Menu and select Message Log. Then, select Clear all counters. The phone will ask for Security Code, enter the security code as 12345. That's it, the Recently used contacts will be cleared.
you should call to him from which you had bought that phone...his or her no may be in list phone book...and ask the code from her or him..if it doesn't works then go to Samsung website and buy a new unlocking code for your phone...And wish her happy birthday from my side also..
