Question about RCA G36788LV 36" TV
I came home and turned the tv on cable was fine then changed to watch a DVD and all of a sudden it would not read the video input. Switched back to cable and the same thing. Checked to see if all was plugged in and it was but now I have only sound and all the screen will tell me is that it has an 'unusable signal'. I did go through and reset all the video settings just in case something was reset by a power outage or the like and am now out of ideas. I feel like I am listening to old time radio shows and it kind of sucks. Any help would be great.

I have exactly the same problem, with my RCA F27645. I can find no answers on the internet, so far.
I have 3 ideas.
1) The digital signal receiver must not be receiving the DVD signal properly.
2) Coaxial cable receiver (the little pin plug) problem
3) Digital TV (broadcasts) causing havoc on older TVs.

SOURCE: i have an rca f36648
It is compatible. The yellow cable is the video portion of the input and the white is the audio portion of the input. When you do this and switch the video mode or change the channel to number 3, it should work
