Question about Logitech QuickCam Messenger Web Camera
My mom bought a Quicks Cam S 7500 communicate Deluxe for her desk top PC. She installed the software and was up and running. I have a Mac iBook about 6 months old. I have an internal camera and use iChat for IM.
Mom is also using aol for IM and when she calls me on the video cam to talk, she can see me and hear me and I can see her but cant hear her. Shes checked her volume controls on the web cam and the AIM and nothing seems to help...can you help us please?

Send her this to so she can properly set up her Audio & Video.
Web Camera’s have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for the Audio and Video to function properly.
A. Skype Setup:
After downloading and installing Skype set it up as follows:
The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now see and talk to you.
B. Yahoo Setup:
After downloading and installing Yahoo Messenger set it up as follows:
When done both the Audio and Video will function properly so you can chat and see family or friends you are connected to.

The solution (or, should I say "supposed" solution) posted by yooperbud is 100% wrong, wrong, wrong. As a matter of fact, he couldn't BE more wrong. While the original question asked had to do with software for the QuickCam Pro 9000 for the Mac, the answer he gave is 100% directed at the Windows OS, NOT the Mac. To anyone, and everyone, who has voted his reply a "Yes", I am sorry.
