The message (error code 09,03..4..) means ink stick count fault , you get this error code when theprinter melts 2.5 ink sticks without finding the color's ink out flag, that is used to count the ink stick usage .

In details, the error message concerns the Cyan ink stick, check in the ink loader if the stick is stuck or broken.

Ensure that ink sticks used are original Xerox ink sticks or perform an ink test..
Check that ink sticks are correctly loaded, they are not broken, and that they are free to advance in theink loader. C
Afterchecking everything, select the diagnostic menu, scroll down to findthe Functional menu item Clear ICS Fault, and clear the fault.

ERROR MESSAGE 09,035,43;101292 corresponds to an 'ink loader program fault'. Make sure that you are using originial 8550 ink sticks. Use of other solid Ink Sticks may affect print quality and printer reliability leading to this error. (09.035.043.xxxx usually indicates a fault in the Cyan ink).

From Xerox site:

  1. Open and close the Top Cover to resolve the problem.
  2. If the problem persists, arrange the ink sticks until there are no spaces between sticks of the same color.
  3. Check for non 8500/8550 ink sticks jammed in the ink load chutes. If non 8500/8550 ink sticks, whether manufactured by Xerox or by anon-Xerox ink vendor, caused the ink sick jam, contact support to placea service call.
Or, if your printer is networked, go HERE to communicate with Xerox's support knowledge base directly, and troubleshoot itself.

Hope that helps! Please don't forget to "Accept" the solution if you found it helpful.

Cheers!

Remove all the external connecting wires from the back of the printer and then unplug the main power cord from the electric outlet and wait for a minute.then again plug it and see whether it works or give the same error.

19,003.48 Scale and offset voltage error too large. Something is wrong with the Electronics Module or Wave Amplifier.

that is pretty straight forward. More then likely the elsctronics module has failed. Wave amplifier is pretty unlikely.
If you do not have a maintenance agreement or under warranty, that is a very expensive module to replace.
Check @ 1-800-835-6100 to see if you are under warranty or have coverage.

    thanks.

    it also suggests that

That code is a back stick count failure.
You want to look in your ink loader, see if there is a stick jammed, twisted, broken or in anyother way out of place or hung up in the slot.
Be sure you loaded a 8550 stick also, since the shapes on the different phaser printer sticks are all different.
You may have to carefully remove the black sticks and reload them. You can take a screw and screw it into the ink stick, slide it back and remove.
Most likely you will find a gap in the ink sticks causing the problem. Here are the Xerox support page instructions.

    1. Open and close the Top Cover to resolve the problem.
    2. If the problem persists, arrange the ink sticks until there are no spaces between sticks of the same color.
    3. Check for non 8500/8550 ink sticks jammed in the ink load chutes. If non 8500/8550 ink sticks, whether manufactured by Xerox or by a non-Xerox ink vendor, caused the ink sick jam, contact support to place a service call.

    also check out this

Your black ink stick is not advancing in the ink loader. Check your ink sticks and see which one ie either crooked ,m cracked or otherwise stuck not advancing down the ink loader.
If you have to remove one, I suggest a screw, a drywall type scres and twist it into the ink stick, slide it back and out.

    thanks.

That is a cyan, ( blue) ink stick fault. What is happening is that the cyan ink sticks are not advancing down the ink loader properly.
Open the area where you load the ink and you probably have a cracked, twisted or otherwise stuck ink stick, the code you are reporting specifically refers to the cyan sticks. If you have to remove them, take a screw, a drywall screw is best, and twist it into the sticks and slide it back and out, then replace them or add new ones. But thats your problem.

Hi i have phaser 8560, it gives me a error 09,038,46:62248, plese who can solve me the problem.

Hi there
The onlty thing I can find close to this is.
Acording to the manual its a ink loader error like your loading the wrong type of ink like the puzzles pieces arent matching and hitting the sensor flags right. Yours by the 8 is referring to the black ink. Anyway go to troubleshooting on the control panel. then to service tools. when in service tools press and hold the up arrow while still pressing the up arrow press the down arrow. the display should say hidden menus. go to diagnostic mode press enter go to funtion menu. then go to clear ISC fault and enter. ISC=ink stick count fault. I hope that helps. Just to let you know Ive had nothing but problems with third party ink and once its in the system its hard to get out so I would watch what im doing with my expensive equipment
