You can get the unlock code from your provider. Once you enter the code, the phone will be all yours! Give your provider a call and tell them you need the unlock code. They will ask for the IMEI number - which is on the label under the battery - and also ask for your security information to access your account to ensure that the phone is really yours and not stolen.
