Probably you have the wrong password. but anyway, try this >>
start your pc and by pressing f8 during boot-up
choose 'safe mode'
select 'administrator account' and leave the password box empty
you should be able to log-in to windows in safe mode
you can change your log-in password by going to control panel / user account
select your account and choose the password option.
hope this helps!

Crome not opening

There can be several reasons why Google Chrome may be crashing on your computer. One of the main reasons can be your browser user profile is corrupted. You can try creating a new browser user profile and see if that resolves the issue. To do this, you can follow the steps below:
1. Exit Google Chrome completely.
2. Open Windows Explorer by pressing Windows key + E simultaneously.
3. Go to the address bar of Windows Explorer and enter the following address:
For Windows XP users:
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\
For Windows Vista/ 7/ 8 users:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\
4. Locate the folder called "Default" in the directory window that opens and rename it as "Backup default."
5. Try opening Google Chrome again. A new "Default" folder is automatically created as you start using the browser.

When I log on it says the user profile failed to upload. I can purposly put in an incorrect password and it says that is is incorrect, but with the correct password,it just says failed to upload.

It's exactly what it says - your user profile is corrupted. Login as admin, create a new user and move all your file to it. Login in the new user, make sure it's ok and all the files are there then rebbot, login again as admin and delete the old user.

I try to login and it says user profile cannot upload

If you have windows XP, then restart your computer and keep tapping F8 key until you get windows advanced boot menu, choose last known good configuration and hit enter.

If the above step does not work, got to the advanced boot menu and choose safe mode, click on administrator, (usually password for this account will not be set) and create a new user account. restart the computer you should be able to login to windows, later you can access your old documents, desktop etc by using the following steps

double click on my computer
double click on c drive
double click on Documents and settings folder
double click on the folder with your previous username
