I went camping and left my phone outside in my car. The air was probably damp becuase it was raining out. Now when i turn my phone on, none of the buttons work at all when they can't possibly be broken or else the phone wouldn't turn on when i pressed the red button.

keys 1/2 and 3 only work

phone fell and since then have been unable to unlock the keypad,all other buttons work except the middle button needed t unlock the phone

The red button in my D-840 does not work properly and even when it does the screen is black....Plz help me out.

I am able to turn on my Motorola E 398 phone bye using the red key, but none of the other keys work. it seems as if the keypad is locked. have this little sign of a podlock on the leftside of the screen.

Replace phone membrane.avoid moisture.
