Question about Epson Stylus CX4800 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I'm using Vista and I have the ink level light blinking on the printer, but when I go to check the levels to see which cartridge I need to replace, all of the bars are grayed out with no information at all. Anyone help?
Re0install the driver on your pc in the control panel. when it lists all the printers, chosse the one named (M) driver. This installs a different driver, which includes a button to Get ink levels...

Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.
Use head cleaning before a test is taken . It is possible that the head is not reacting to the need of the command , can be an issue with ink drying , can also be poor ink cartridge contacts
