I need details on how to replace the Bosch Axxis washer motor brushes.

I have a Bosch Axxis washer model WFR2460UC/01. I know the motor brushes need replaced. The Bosch Appliances web site has a breakout drawing showing the brushes and providing part numbers. However, I cannot find a repair manual or instructions for removing either the motor from its mounts or the brushes from their brush holders. I cannot accomplish either by experimentation.

SOURCE: remove bosch axxis 2060 washer motor

Remove the back panel to get to the motor which is at the bottom at the back. Notice two bolts holding the motor into the mount. Remove these two bolts. Notice the back part of the motor is sitting in the mount with black rubber washers. Carefully, pull the motor forward, and this will be abit hard. You can take a flat head screw driver and tap down (in between) on each front plastic washer and the motor will slowly come forward. Becarefull because there is a wire harness still attached to the motor. You have to take wire cutters and clip the placstic band holding the wire harness to the motor. Then grip the harness and wiggle it free. Then remove the single wire also. Putting the belt back is a bit tricky too. Make sure you put back the two black rubber washers and the two front plastic washers.

Hi

First unplug it for 15-30minutes then plug it back and if the issue returns remove the front door seal from the front and clean the lock. If that won't solve this then the control board should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

Bosch Axxis Washer WFL2060 UC Fills won't rotate.Replaced Belt, started but stopped mid cycle. Replaced door switch, no rotation.

The motor probably isn't working - I suggest you begin by checking the brushes, which wear out and need replacing periodically.

Water tap closed? what does this mean

Water Inlet Flow Meter P/N 00602819 is failing.

For a Bosch Axxis Washer model WFR2460UC --

If both of the water supply valves are open, you cleaned the hose internal strainers, and there are no kinks in the hoses, part "Water Inlet Flow Meter P/N 00602819" is failing. This device measures exactly how much water enters the tub, no matter what the water pressure. Not hard to DIY replace with simple tools.

Bosch axxis washer does not spin; stopped spinning. It worked well for about 8 years, but always had a weird noise, since the machine was brought from the store; my guess is that some piece that kept being...

If you go to BSH home appliances website and follow link to spares you can put in the model number (Enr should start with a W. example WFL2065gb/01) and get the part diagram. I would imagine that it would be the brushes on the motor, there can be replaced but remeber to clean the armiture (copper below where brushes touch in position) lightly with a very fine piece of glass paper. you have said it is not spinning but do you really mean there is no motor action. ie not doing slow turns on the wash cycle? If only not spinning it could be a drainage problem. Hope this helps.

Do you know how to get the brushes out of the motor on the bosch WLF2450 they need replacing but not sure how to get them out we have got to the motor just need help in exctracing the brushes

The end of the brush assembly is a clip. You disconnect the wire that is attached, and then the clip will move sideways- when you get it over enough, the far side of the clip will come free because of the notches in the flat part of the clip. It takes patience and good lighting to get the new ones in.

Won't spin

The most obvious thing that comes to mind is that the brushes need replacing in the motor
You will have remove the motor to check them.
The brushes are located at the rear end of the motor, you will see the wires going to them
Plz rate this solution.
Thanks.
