Question about Dell Dimension 3000 PC Desktop
My computer recently crashed and I went thru dell support to get windows and the drivers reinstalled. And now I have no sound. Not sure what to do. And I even updated the drivers.
Its better whenever you are downloading any driver for your dell computer try to put the service tag of your computer instead, so that it will direct you to the actual hardware that you have on your system.

Download The Driver from this link and save the file into the desktop :
After Download, double Click on the the file and just follow the on screen prompts to install the Driver than restart the computer. If still there is no sound coming out of the speakers. The problem should be on the physical connection of the speakers to the system. Check the speaker connection and make sure the cable is plugged in to the right audio port at the back. If you are not sure where to plug the speaker cable, play a music and try each port. (Make sure that the speaker has power as well - Applicable for speakers with power adapters).

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
