Question about HP PSC 2355 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I am having trouble with the scanning facility (printing, copying etc works fine). I get the message 'unable to connect to device' when trying to import a scanned image. The scanner starts up then instantly says 'scan cancelled' and I am told there is no scanner installed. This was working fine until I recently bought another HP printer and installed it. I know it is connecting to the right device but I am unsure as to why it wont connect.
I am using a mac OSX system.

it sounds like one piece of software overwrote another, or your two pieces of hardware are fighting each other for your Mac's attention. hope this helps a little.
