Samsung syncmaster 740n getting two vertical lines on the screen looks very bad. what to do to remove those lines. can I get support from samsung service centers
Maybe your TV have a deffective LCD PANEL,cause those are the systoms of the deffective lcd panel..better to put your unit the nearest service cnter or well trained technician to do the job,,goodluck

Hello kpjiji If the lines are there all the time or intermittent but in the same location it is an indication of a bad panel. The panel driver can also be the cause of this symptom. Samsung connectors have had issues with the connector that carries the LVDS signals to the panel itself, this is not serious and can be resolved and little cost. Hey dont open the LCD in a hurry......the problem may be due 2 usage of LCD 4 long time better dont on the pc for a day........or in night time keep it under the fan.......this may give a better result........
monitor is probably going bad. Try hooking up a different monitor up to the computer, one that you know works properly. If the same problem exists then its the video card, if the problem goes away then its the original monitor that is bad.

there is nothing you can replace...... the driver matrix is bad..... the monitor is still under warranty.... return it for a new one...... opening the case will void the warranty......
