Question about Sony Handycam CCD-TRV58 Camcorder
When I plug the camera into the power cord to charge the "charge" light blinks instead of staying solid. It works while power cord is plugged in. If I unplug it does not turn on. It is as if battery isn't being charged or won't hold a charge. The camera used to work awesome. It was packed away for a few years until recently and hasn't worked since unpacked.

there are fuses ,but they are small solder in types, all fx series camcorder have a common problem with the rear power board working it's way loose and unplugging itself from the main board. these units have alot of solder connection issue due to sony's use of poor solder back in the earily 90's
