Question about Microsoft Zune HD MP3 Player
My Zune HD 32GB Platinum will not go past 30 on the Volume control and is seems too low to me. the instructions that came with the unit do not mention being able to reset or change the Volume limit and I don't see it anywhere in the settings. However the Picture of the Zune HD they have in the instructions which shows you how to adjust the volume shows 34+. is there a way to change the volume setting via a download or ???

You must get rid of any old Zune software you have, download the new version (V4), install the new zune software, then connect...viola problem solved
..As far as the charging.....try using the wall charger instead of the USB, that will probably work untill you get computer to "hook" to the Zune.

It could be a driver issue. Run a driver update and see if that fixes it, you can download the updated software from http://zune.net/en-US/
