Question about SySTOR Systems Office Equipment & Supplies
I am having a problem with my Systor discmaster. The challenge is that the original cartridge is too expensive. I researched the compatible cartrideges, and found the alternative or maker of the original cartridegs. The problem is that the software (could be hardware) has rejected the cartridge and will only allow the use of the company's branded ink cartridegs. Is there a solution to this problem?

Sounds like you have either a defective ink cartridge, or the sensor that recognizes the cartridge is either dirty, broken or out of alignment.
Microboards will help you out at no charge if your printer is still under warranty. Otherwise you can contact an authorized Microboards repair center like

Unless there is another problem or error code, while the machine is turned on, you only have to lift the front panel and within a few seconds the carriage will move to the center to allow you to change inks. The only lever in there is the one to release the printhead after the inks are removed.
