Question about Xerox Phaser 6120/YN Laser Printer

Have a 6120 printer and it is asking for a password to replace toner

6120 printer, toner is low and needs to replace, it is asking for a password to replace toner cartridge.

    I have this xerox 6120 first it says paper mismatch but I cannot get into the menu properties. It wants a password in which I never put one. I did not but this printer new. Some help would be great.

Changing black toner cartridge


Hi,
To change your toner first turn off the printer and unplug it from the power outlet. Then, lift the toner door. Carefully grap the toner cartridge from both ends and lift it up. Do not shake the toner as you may get dirty. Then take the new toner cartridge, remove any plastic covers and insert it in the printer. Close the toner door and start your pritner.

Last one month is past we can’t printing our staff. We made complain regarding the same to Sunshine Service they told us that the sensor is gone, and they say its every difficult to get it, but they are trying to get it. Also we have spent on baying new toners for the same which is become useless now.

My Phaser 6120 leaves light lines across the face


Lift out imaging unit and look down and back toward you, may need flash light, and you will see a 5" x 1/2" piece of glass. Carefully wipe it with soft cloth. Toner gets on this glass and creates the streaks. Often means a bad toner cartridge is leaking toner. Ron

How do i replace toner cart


hello my friend, If you want to change or remove then you can remove the toner cart from your printer by opening the printer cover once the printer cover is open then remove the toner cart. Thanks

HP 2550L says toner is low when it isn't


Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Replace Toner Message Will Not Clear


Are you sure that it is not asking for one of the colour toners?

Was it a genuine cart?

Did you replace it before machine instructed Replace Toner ie no message or Order Toner/Toner Low was displayed?
