Question about Toshiba TEC B-472 Thermal Label Printer
In troubleshooting it makes reference to "turn down print head temperature", but it says no where HOW to turn down print head temperature. We have a model B-452-HS12-QQ
It depends if you are working with driver, label software or escape commands. If you are working with escapes you can try with command AY, refer to the programming manual.
If you are working with Seagull driver you can adjust the print density in OPTIONS
