having terrible trouble with the vaio touch pad and its tempermental nature. would seize up on me every now and then and now is not working at all, any ideas????

- didn't work, although it's a built in mouse, i can't find it.... i have plugged in another and it's only reading that one??? am i gone mad?Nov 04, 2008
- Hi, i seem to be getting a code 24 for my touchpad driver when i try to re-install as i have been having trouble with it and although the software is there on my vaio laptop it seems it cannot install it, i have windows vista and am wondering if this is the problem. a usb mouse works fine. please go easy on the tech talk as i am not that savvy!any help would be much appreciated!
